The program includes 12 weeks of nutritional coaching, weekly check ins, unlimited email interaction and coaching calls, when needed.

Pricing: $300 for a 12 week(3 month) commitment
$70 monthly after the 12 weeks is completed.
Single Sport + Nutrition: $500/12 weeks
Double Sport + Nutrition: $575/12 weeks
Triathlon + Nutrition: $650/12 weeks
